Lesson Policies

Lessons are one hour long. A typical lesson includes horsemanship (grooming/tacking) and 30-45 minutes of riding time. 

Lessons must be paid in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a lesson it will be assumed that you are canceling your lesson. Any lesson canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.

Ground lessons may be offered on days when the weather is not conducive to riding at the trainer's discretion. 

For our horses' safety, we have a weight restriction of 150 lbs for ponies and 200 lbs for horses.   

Lesson Pricing 

Private/semi-private (2 riders) one-hour lessons are $70/per lesson or $260 ($65 each) for a package of 4.

Group lessons (3 or more riders) are $65 per lesson or $240 ($60 each) for a package of 4.    

*Please note that to participate in a group lesson, the student must have prior riding experience and  be able to ride on their own safely.
